The owner wanted a ground-up custom home delivered to a defined budget and timeline, while living outside Mexico for most of the build.
Design coordination, permitting, purchasing, supervision and delivery.

Every design and budget decision needed to happen without the owner physically present to catch problems as they came up — which meant the reporting and approval process had to be trustworthy enough to replace being on site.

Scope and selections were approved before construction began. Budget was tracked against the original figure throughout the one-year build, and any change was documented and approved before it was executed — not discovered afterward.
Delivered on schedule, on budget, without the owner managing it directly.
Casa Brisas was completed in roughly one year for an absentee owner — proof that Playa Builder's reporting and approval process can stand in for being on site.
