Owners within the same community wanted their individual condominiums remodeled to a modern standard — without turning a small beachfront building into a permanent construction site.

Every remodel has to be coordinated around neighboring, often-occupied units — shared access, shared systems, and an HOA that has to approve the work without the whole building feeling under construction indefinitely.
