Designed and built from a blank site, start to finish.
No inherited structure, no separate photo library — this project exists on video because it was built entirely by PlayaBuilder, from nothing.
A home designed and built entirely by PlayaBuilder.
The owner wanted a ground-up custom home with PlayaBuilder responsible for every decision from the first sketch through the final walkthrough — not just the construction phase.
Concept, design, construction and delivery — one continuous process.
Every stage was carried by the same team, so nothing was lost in the handoff between design and construction that often causes delays and cost creep on other projects.
No existing structure or reference to build from.
Starting from a blank site means every decision — site conditions, structure, systems, finishes — has to be coordinated from zero, with no earlier work to correct or build on.
Design carried directly into construction sequencing.
Because the same team owned design and construction, sequencing decisions were made with buildability in mind from day one — reducing the redesign-mid-build problem that slows down projects handed off between separate firms.
A completed home that proves the whole process, not just a piece of it.
What matters is not only the design. It is whether the builder can carry the design all the way through construction and delivery — this project shows PlayaBuilder working from the beginning of the idea through the finished home.
