Most Playa Builder clients aren't on site for most of their build. The process that makes that work has three parts: scope and selections documented and approved before construction starts, scheduled progress reporting throughout the build, and a formal change-control process for anything that comes up — so decisions can be made and approved remotely, without the owner needing to catch problems in person.
